On 12 October, 2009 was the delivery of the First National Prize of Urbanism Fydu organized by the Foundation and the Business School CEU San Pablo. The award, to Mrs. Cristina Gallego Gamazo for his work on citizen participation in planning conducted as part of his doctorate at the University of Madrid, was given by Ricardo Santos Diez and Don Alejandro Criado, president of the Fydu Foundation.
